Bitch comes to the cage accompanied by Havana. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Bitch misses the target.
Bitch scores with a hook to the body. Cauchy takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
A nice leg kick from Cauchy, right into the meat of the thigh.
Bitch misses with a looping right.
As Bitch backs off Cauchy throws a huge counter combo but Bitch manages to avoid it all.
Cauchy pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Bitch bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Cauchy's head backwards.

It looks like Augustin Cauchy has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bitch misses with a hook.
Cauchy changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Cauchy shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bitch as he avoids it easily.
Bitch moves forwards but Cauchy connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Bitch lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Bitch takes a swing at Cauchy's ribcage but misses.
Cauchy will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Bitch sends Cauchy crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Bitch is motioning to the referee to let Cauchy up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Cauchy tries to work over Bitch's front leg with a kick but Bitch checks it.
Cauchy has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Cauchy throws a front kick aimed at Bitch's knee but Bitch avoids it well.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A looping hook to the body misses from Bitch. Cauchy does a little dance to reset his feet.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Cauchy moves away from the strike by Bitch.

Bitch gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Bitch has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

The fighters circling - Bitch throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Cauchy appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Cauchy shoots in and drives through. Bitch sprawls well.

Bitch tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Cauchy was well out of range. Poor timing from Bitch.
