The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Shirou Masuda and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Excellent takedown into side control there by Yokohama.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Httio prevents Yokohama from improving position.
Yokohama thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Yokohama is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Httio is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Httio tries to escape but Yokohama is in control.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Httio parries the strikes from Yokohama easily there. Yokohama is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Httio to escape.
Httio pushes Yokohama away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Yokohama gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Yokohama working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Httio is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Yokohama has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Yokohama looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Yokohama is breathing heavily.

Httio is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Yokohama is controlling him well.
Yokohama in side control, throwing shots but Httio defends.
Httio is trying to get back to his feet.
Yokohama tries for a kimura but Httio is defending well.

Httio is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Yokohama has hold of Httio 's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Httio seems comfortable defending it but Yokohama has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Httio is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Httio is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Yokohama couldn't care less - he's delighted!
