Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Son Goku (ranked 3939 p4p, 5826 weight class) and Jack Murray (ranked 419 p4p, 533 weight class). Goku kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Makafushigi Adventure. Murray has chosen Suffer Well as his entrance music. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Son Goku! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jack Murray! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Alyssa Summers and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Goku uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Murray.
Goku looks to land a combination but Murray avoids it well. Goku throws a right hand that Murray ducks under and follows up with a left that Murray also avoids with ease. Murray takes one to the side of the head.
Murray throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Goku tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Murray is in Goku's guard. Murray preventing the sweep. Goku working for submissions but it's allowed Murray to get to half guard.
Murray trying to pass the guard but Goku defending well. Goku wants to get back to full guard. Goku is working hard here to advance position. Murray trying to mount his opponent but Goku defends it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Goku wants to get back to full guard. Goku's coaches at Crapollas Gym have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Goku moves into full guard.
Murray trying to control but Goku is working from the bottom. Goku looking for a sweep. Not yet Goku, not yet. Goku looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Murray puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Goku is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Murray stalling away here and it's allowed Goku to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Murray wants to control from the top but Goku keeps moving. Goku looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Murray pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Goku is keeping the position for now. Goku looking for a guillotine here but Murray defends easily.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Goku not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Murray controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Murray trying to control the position from guard on top but Goku is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Goku looks to land a combination but Murray avoids it well. Murray scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Murray tries a head kick but it misses.
The fighters circle momentarily. Goku darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Murray uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Goku. Goku shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Murray eats them both and turns towards Goku to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Son Goku is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Murray shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Goku as he jumps to the side. Goku swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Murray throws a lazy head kick and Goku counters with a three punch combo that has Murray backing up. Murray nods at Goku to acknowledge the strikes. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Goku lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
We've been informed that Murray has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. A low kick from Murray misses and Goku counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Murray throws a sloppy head kick and Goku cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Murray is rocked! Goku ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Murray's jaw. Murray's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Goku does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Son Goku! During a confident post fight interview, Son Goku thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him. The defeated Jack Murray had this to say: 'Whatever mate, I'm over it but I'll be back at it again soon enough.'.
