Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Nilson Acacio (ranked 2642 p4p, 4820 weight class) and Pablo Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pablo Sanchez is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Nilson Acacio! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Pablo Sanchez! The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Radbod Blank and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Acacio fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Sanchez walks into a stiff left hand from Acacio.
It looks like Pablo Sanchez has been cut. Acacio stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Acacio wants it to stay on the feet. Acacio appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Sanchez shoots in looking for a takedown. Acacio tries to sprawl out of it but Sanchez keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Acacio manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Sanchez has eaten all the pies! Acacio scores with a nice head shot. Acacio works the jab nicely. Sanchez fails with the takedown. Nilson Acacio has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pablo Sanchez. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sanchez displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Acacio throws out the jab. Acacio lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. A looping hook to the body misses from Acacio. Sanchez does a little dance to reset his feet. Acacio throws a body punch but Sanchez moves out of range. Acacio throws a predictable looking body shot
and Sanchez connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
That's one minute gone in the round. A jab lands there for Acacio. Sanchez throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Acacio. Acacio is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Sanchez throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Acacio's waist but Acacio gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sanchez off to one side. Acacio swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Sanchez moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Sanchez gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Acacio gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Nilson Acacio!
