The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bystrom connects with a body shot.
Bystrom throws a wild body kick that Britton sees coming a mile off.

It seemed like Britton was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Torkel Bystrom seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bystrom throws an off balance right hand
and Britton makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Bystrom drops Britton with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Britton looks back up at him and smiles so Bystrom waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Britton is rocked!

Britton tries to pull guard but Bystrom won't allow it.
Bystrom stops a takedown attempt from Britton.
Britton tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Torkel Bystrom has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tel Britton.
