Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Marton Csemy (ranked 1370 p4p, 2473 weight class) and Ecce Homo (ranked 71 p4p, 118 weight class). Csemy comes to the cage accompanied by Iron Maiden: Fear of the dark. Ecce Homo will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Csemy throws a front kick aimed at Homo's knee but Homo avoids it well.

We've been hearing reports that Csemy has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Csemy has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Homo is trying to keep an underhook but Csemy manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Csemy has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Csemy is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Homo's shoulder. That is not cool.

Homo is trying to control Csemy's posture but Csemy avoids it.

Csemy swings around for an armbar but Homo sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Csemy's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Homo won't allow Csemy to sweep him here.
Marton Csemy overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Donk. Csemy catches Homo right on the button with a cross.
Homo thows a left - swing and a miss!
Homo misses with a low kick.
Csemy fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Homo manages to avoid it.

and Csemy counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Homo thinking.

A bone on bone clash there as Homo blocks the leg kick.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

That was a close second round but I would say that Marton Csemy will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Homo is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Csemy is looking for a sweep. Homo is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Csemy is trying to maintain the position but Homo is very close to passing his half guard.
Csemy is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Homo's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Homo's back!

I would just about give that final round to Ecce Homo.
