Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Baldur Kristjansson (ranked 4978 p4p, 2966 weight class) and Amro Zeineldin (ranked 519 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Baldur Kristjansson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Amro Zeineldin!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Alec Ball and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zeineldin clinches up against the cage.
Kristjansson tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Zeineldin just stands there and leans against the cage.

Zeineldin jumps into guard, dragging Kristjansson to the mat.
Zeineldin pulls Kristjansson in to control the position.
Zeineldin manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Kristjansson manages to get himself to full guard.
Zeineldin is working Kristjansson over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Zeineldin advances to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Zeineldin is nestled in close to Kristjansson, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Zeineldin is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.

Kristjansson is looking to control Zeineldin's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Kristjansson avoid being mounted?
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Zeineldin in particular looking to stall.
Zeineldin's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Zeineldin looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Zeineldin looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Zeineldin is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Zeineldin looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Kristjansson with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Kristjansson wants to get back to his feet.

Zeineldin moves nicely into side control.
Zeineldin is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Kristjansson is trying to escape and Zeineldin transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Kristjansson is forced to tap! Nice work there by Zeineldin! Very nice indeed!
