Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Chelsea Salvacion (ranked 24468 p4p, 2411 weight class) and Jimbo Kreutz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chelsea Salvacion!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jimbo Kreutz!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Dean Styles and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Salvacion walks into a left hand.
Salvacion takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Kreutz throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Salvacion was covering up waiting for the punch and Kreutz finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Kreutz sitting in guard here, content to control.
Kreutz works a leg free and moves into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kreutz seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Salvacion knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kreutz on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kreutz uses his free foot to push down on Salvacion's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Salvacion.
Kreutz is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Salvacion is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Salvacion flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Kreutz anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Salvacion and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Kreutz slips an arm under Salvacion chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Kreutz has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Kreutz is squeezing on Salvacion like an anaconda would it's prey. Salvacion fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Jimbo Kreutz!
