The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bennett lands a head kick that bluckles Robbo and drops him to the canvas. He's still conscious but it looks like it's going to take him the full 10 seconds to get back his senses! He's up on 9 and seems to be just about OK to continue.... the referee agrees and we're back to the action with Bennett no doubt looking to push for a finish!

Robbo is rocked!
Bennett closes the distance and catches Robbo with a lead hook that drops him to the canvas! Robbo is clearly dazed and struggling here! 3,4,5,6,7 and Robbo is up to his feet but the referee has called it off! Robbo is still far too wobbly and he's not going to allow the fight to continue! Bennett takes it!

John Bennett is the new light heavyweight champion!
A relieved looking John Bennett thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
Jesus Robbo was interviewed post fight and said 'WAIT FOR THE REMATCH!'.
