Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lucky Skeeves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Baeumer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Skeeves comes to the cage accompanied by Im Lucky. Baeumer has chosen Deutschland as his entrance music. Paul Baeumer has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Lucky Skeeves! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Paul Baeumer! The judges for this bout are James Glass, James Atkins and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Skeeves darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The fighters are battling for position here. Baeumer manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Baeumer being controlled here, momentarily. Baeumer pulls Skeeves in close to prevent any damage. Baeumer wants to stand and escape but Skeeves is having none of it. Baeumer managing to control the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Skeeves looking to pass the guard. Baeumer is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Baeumer is controlling Skeeves's posture. Skeeves thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Skeeves wants to control from the top but Baeumer keeps moving.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Skeeves shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Baeumer pinned against the cage. Baeumer gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Skeeves fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Baeumer stuffs the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lucky Skeeves. That's going to take a lot out of him. Baeumer keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Skeeves shoots in for a double leg but Baeumer sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Skeeves is breathing heavily. Skeeves has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Skeeves there as he acknowledges the shot.
It looks like Lucky Skeeves has been cut. Baeumer lands with a nice body punch. Baeumer misses with a looping left. Skeeves on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Baeumer throws an overhand right that drops Skeeves like a sack of potatoes! Baeumer dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Paul Baeumer!
