Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Test Eight! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Test Seven! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Gwen Towbar and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive. This fight brought to you by 5M nutrition - it's mmmmm tasty. Nice jab by Eight. Eight darts in and out, connecting with a jab. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Eight misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Seven.
It seemed like Seven was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Eight checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
That's one minute gone in the round. Eight walks into a straight right hand from Seven. Eight fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Seven on the side of the head. Seven throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Eight throws a body shot but no joy.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Eight looks to score with a jab to the body but Seven is just out of range. Seven looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Seven takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Seven looks to score with a jab to the body but Eight is just out of range. Eight was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Seven scores with a nice head shot.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Test Seven. Well Seven has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1 round of action, we go to the scorecards for a decision. Judge Robert Twigg scores the fight 10:10 Judge Gwen Towbar scores the fight 10:10 Judge Wesley Smith scores the fight 10:10
The fight is ruled a draw!
