Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Spider Rico (ranked 4685 p4p, 4843 weight class) and Testy Twooo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Spider Rico!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Testy Twooo!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rico closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Twooo to the mat! Twooo manages to get full guard.
Rico chips away with some ground and pound.
Rico could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Twooo bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Rico's guard.
Rico tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Rico is controlling Twooo's posture.
Twooo in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Twooo is looking to work some ground and pound but Rico has wrist control.
Twooo advances position into side control!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Twooo tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Twooo is trying to get an arm triangle but Rico is defending well.
Rico knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Twooo on the ground.

The ground and pound from Twooo seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.

Twooo is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Rico is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Rico on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Rico tries to get out of the position.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Sloppy strikes there by Twooo.
Twooo wants to lay and pray for a moment but Rico keeps working.
Rico parries the strikes from Twooo easily there. Twooo is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Rico to escape.
Twooo throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Rico tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Twooo wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Twooo is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Rico knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Testy Twooo dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Rico looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Rico throwing strikes from guard but Twooo blocks nicely.
Twooo had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Rico defends it easily.
Twooo looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Hammerfist, elbow! yells Rico's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Rico with a nice head shot there.
Rico trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Twooo has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Rico has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Twooo to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Rico is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Twooo pulls down on the head and he's put Rico to sleep! This one is all over!
