Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cassus Fett (ranked 2823 p4p, 5296 weight class) and Klaus Tannenbaum (ranked 295 p4p, 501 weight class). Klaus Tannenbaum has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Cassus Fett's chin.

The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, James Atkins and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fett walks into a straight right hand from Tannenbaum.
Fett takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Fett throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Tannenbaum tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Fett is in Tannenbaum's guard.
Fett slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Fett keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Tannenbaum's head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fett makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Tannenbaum wants to sweep here but Fett controlling him for the moment.
Fett passes into half guard.

Tannenbaum has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Cozad Amsterdam. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.

Tannenbaum really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Fett. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Fett scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Tannenbaum is still in real trouble! Can Fett finish him?

Fett passes the guard and advances to mount!
Tannenbaum seems to have recovered his senses.
Fett lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
The referee warns Tannenbaum that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Fett lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Tannenbaum hang on?
Fett postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Tannenbaum out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Fett goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Cassus Fett!
Cassus Fett was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
