Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Scott Gabel (ranked 3624 p4p, 24225 weight class) and Mark Totters (ranked 429 p4p, 683 weight class). Gabel comes to the cage accompanied by Lil Wayne- Right Above It. Totters has chosen 4 6 8 as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Scott Gabel has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Scott Gabel seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gabel has Totters up against the cage in a clinch.
Totters is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Gabel pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Totters is working for takedown but Gabel is calmly controlling the position for now.
Totters wants a takedown.
Scott Gabel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mark Totters.
Gabel lands on the inside with an uppercut.

Gabel pushes Totters back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Gabel is pressed up against the cage. Totters has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Gabel down to the mat. Gabel avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

and Totters counters with a takedown into side control.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Totters looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Gabel is avoiding damage well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gabel is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Totters wants to lay and pray for a moment but Gabel keeps working.
You can see the frustration on Gabel's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Totters in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.

Gabel gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

Totters is trying for a kimura here. Gabel looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Totters wins by kimura!
