Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Falcone (ranked 358 p4p, 309 weight class) and Corey Smith Jr (ranked 54 p4p, 47 weight class). Falcone comes to the cage accompanied by Goodfellas - long take restaurant scene. Smith Jr is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: You Will Know My Name. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 30 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Anthony Falcone!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 26 - 17 - 1, fighting out of London, Corey Smith Jr!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, James Atkins and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Falcone misses with a body shot
and Smith Jr counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
It looks like Anthony Falcone has been cut.
Falcone chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Smith Jr can pounce on him.
Falcone throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Falcone scores with a punch to the head.
Falcone throws a low kick but it's checked well by Smith Jr.
Smith Jr misses with a straight right.
Falcone swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Smith Jr throws a looping overhand right but Falcone ducks down to avoid it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Falcone stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Smith Jr moves away from the strike by Falcone.
Falcone just misses with a punch to the body.
A nice side step and Smith Jr releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Smith Jr uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Falcone has time to react.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Falcone takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Smith Jr steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Falcone.
Smith Jr rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Falcone counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Falcone misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Smith Jr.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Smith Jr! But no joy.
A good leg kick by Falcone.
Falcone cracks Smith Jr with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Falcone is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Smith Jr walks into a stiff left hand from Falcone.
Smith Jr gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Smith Jr prevents a body shot from Falcone.
Falcone tries to work over Smith Jr's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Falcone lands a body punch.

Falcone lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Smith Jr wants to get back to striking at distance but Falcone won't allow it.
Falcone presses Smith Jr against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

Falcone lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Smith Jr backwards.
Smith Jr blocks a body shot from Falcone.
Smith Jr manages to break the clinch.
Falcone connects with a looping right hand.
Smith Jr needs to keep his hands up - Falcone had a free shot at his head there.
Smith Jr lands a slapping body shot.

Falcone wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Falcone avoids a punch combination nicely.
Falcone scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Falcone throws a jab but it's blocked by Smith Jr.
Falcone lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Smith Jr takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Smith Jr throws a poor cross that misses
and Falcone counters with a crisp right hand that drops Smith Jr! Falcone lets Smith Jr back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Smith Jr is rocked!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Smith Jr tests Falcone's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Smith Jr throws a leg kick that is checked
and Falcone counters with a big left hand that crumples Smith Jr! He was out before he hit the floor! Brutal knockout!
