Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Luke Short (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Graham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Luke Short! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Alexander Graham! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Sam Margolis and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Short looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. It looks like Short is going to stand back up.
Graham tries to get to full guard but Short has control of the leg. Short misses with a head shot. Graham uses the momentum to regain guard. Short trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Graham is looking for a triangle but Short pushes his legs off easily.
Short trying to control but Graham is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Graham looking for a sweep. Not yet Graham, not yet. Graham looks gassed! Graham trying to keep a closed guard but Short is proving a slippery customer.
Graham striking off his back but it's not causing Short any problems. Short has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Short trying to control but Graham is working from the bottom.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Short gets a takedown into half guard. Graham is looking for a sweep. Short is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Graham is staying active underneath Short, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Short is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Short is working for a kimura but Graham is defending it quite comfortably.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Short is looking for a kimura here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Graham is trying to stand up here but Short is controlling him well. Graham wants to control but Short is keeping busy.
Short seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Graham does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Horrible takedown by Graham or perhaps it was just good defense by Short which made him look bad. Short shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Graham as he jumps to the side. Short shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Short was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Short cracks Graham with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Short controlling the position easily from mount. Short trying to control but he's not successful this time. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Graham can't escape the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Luke Short dominated that round. That's time! Short's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Short looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Graham is fending him off so far but Short persists. Nope, Graham circles away and we're back to standing. Graham drives through with a takedown into guard. Short looking to hit a scissor sweep but Graham is one step ahead there. Graham wants to control from the top but Short keeps moving. Short throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Graham is breathing heavily. Short wants to control the position but Graham says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Graham is working for a kimura but Short is defending it quite comfortably.
Graham wants to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Short tries to get to full guard but Graham has control of the leg.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Short tries for a takedown but Graham sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Short doesn't succeed with the takedown and Graham counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Luke Short. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Graham trying to control the position from guard on top but Short is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Graham is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Graham trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Short trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Short trying to control the position.
Graham postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Short is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Graham, into his guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Short would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Graham can't keep his opponent in guard - Short advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Short working over Graham with some ground and pound. Graham looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Short wants to take a breather but Graham is having none of it. Short is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Graham!
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Graham tries to lock up and control but Short gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Graham is desperately trying to improve his position but Short has a good base and remains in mount. Graham is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Short lands with some strikes. Graham is looking to improve his position but Short isn't that keen on the idea. Short trying to control but Graham is having none of it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Alexander Graham showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Short looks for a takedown but Graham sprawls well. Graham looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Graham is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Short is just riding it out for now. Graham eventually gives up the hold. Short wants to improve his position but Graham is controlling well.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Short pushes Graham off looking to stand but Graham dives back in and keeps control.
Short is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Graham's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Graham's back! A lull in the action here.
Short has the hooks in. Graham is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. Alexander Graham has got the better of the ground game so far. Short has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Graham has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Short lands strikes to the head. Graham wants to get back to his feet. Short is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Graham has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here. Graham tries to break free.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Graham looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Alexander Graham. I think Graham has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
