And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Shigatsu Miyamoto!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Saam Ante and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miyamoto just misses with a punch to the body.
Power throws a right and a left that Miyamoto avoids nicely.
Power dodges the punch combination from Miyamoto.
Miyamoto takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
It looks like Shigatsu Miyamoto has been cut.
Miyamoto is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Power.
Miyamoto is trying hard to land a takedown here. Power sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Power sends Miyamoto crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Power is motioning to the referee to let Miyamoto up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Miyamoto is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A shot to the body from Miyamoto misses
and Power counters with a left and a right... and another left... and another!! That last one turned off the lights! Miyamoto has no idea who he is and is as he gazes up at the spotlights. Brutal knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Irish Power!
Irish Power took to the mic after the fight and begged the organizational hierarchy for a shot at the title.
