PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Amin Farrokhi (ranked 826 p4p, 818 weight class) and Luke Mad Onion (ranked 104 p4p, 102 weight class). Farrokhi kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Canggung. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Mad Onion, as that shot connected.
The fighters circle momentarily. Mad Onion darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Farrokhi takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Mad Onion uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Farrokhi.

Mad Onion has managed to clinch.
Farrokhi swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Mad Onion lands a body shot in the clinch.

Mad Onion pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Good shot there by Mad Onion.
Farrokhi pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Farrokhi throws an overhand right that lands on Mad Onion's shoulder, as Mad Onion tries to avoid the shot.
Farrokhi has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Khabiri Training Center in the buildup to the fight.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Farrokhi misses the shot to the body.
A nice leg kick lands there from Mad Onion.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Mad Onion lands a big head kick that sends Farrokhi tumbling to the mat! Mad Onion takes a step backwards and waves Farrokhi back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Amin Farrokhi has been cut.
Mad Onion connects with a nice cross there... Farrokhi is looking wobbly and Mad Onion recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Farrokhi to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Mad Onion jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
