Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hendrix Cabrera (ranked 4700 p4p, 5667 weight class) and Duncan Port (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Hendrix Cabrera! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Duncan Port! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Albert Achterberg and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cabrera with a jab. Cabrera throws a shot to the body.
Port gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Cabrera misses with the head strike.
Stalling in the clinch from Port.
Cabrera lands on the inside with an uppercut. Port pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Port tries to move into range but Cabrera moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. A looping hook to the body misses from Port. Cabrera does a little dance to reset his feet. Port tries to clinch but fails miserably and Cabrera counters with a straight right hand. Cabrera is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Cabrera dips to his left and cracks Port with an uppercut! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Port takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Port tries for a takedown but Cabrera circles away easily and Cabrera connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Decent striking displayed by Cabrera there. Port is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Cabrera. Port shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Port shoots in and gets a takedown into Cabrera's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cabrera is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Port is stalling in the full guard. Port stands up from Cabrera's guard - Port perhaps looking for a knockout. Cabrera throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Cabrera tests Port's chin there with a solid looking shot. Cabrera stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Cabrera is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Port shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Cabrera sprawls well. Cabrera wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Port gets slowly back to his feet. Hendrix Cabrera has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Duncan Port. Cabrera gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Port not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Port postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Port controls from within his opponent's guard. Cabrera is trying to hold Port in close to prevent damage but Port has managed to pass into half guard.
Cabrera knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Port on the ground. Cabrera wants to improve his position but Port is controlling well.
Port decides to return to a standing position. Jab by Cabrera. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Port takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cabrera throws a good cross that connects.
Port is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Port gets a double leg takedown into Cabrera's guard. Port looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Cabrera is trying to control the position but Port postures up. Port is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Port throws a big right hand that misses. Cabrera wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Port is now in half guard. Cabrera is looking for a sweep. Port is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Port wants to free his trapped foot but Cabrera is holding on for dear life with his legs. Port stands up from half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Port shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Cabrera sprawls well. Cabrera wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Port gets slowly back to his feet. Cabrera scores with a shot to the body.
Cabrera throws a lazy right hand but Port sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Port misses with a head kick.
Cabrera scores with a hook. Cabrera rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Port counters with a shoot takedown. Cabrera fights it but they end up in guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Port passes Cabrera's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Port throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Port is trying for a kimura here. Cabrera looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Port wins by kimura!
