Obaminator is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Gil Scott-Herron - The Revolution Will Not Be Televised. Gus McCrae had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCrae throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

McCrae fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Obaminator manages to avoid it.
Obaminator unleashes a big counter combination but McCrae bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

McCrae feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Obaminator sprawling to the canvas! Obaminator rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can McCrae finish him?!
Obaminator is still on wobbly legs! Can McCrae finish him?
Obaminator gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! McCrae gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Gus McCrae!

After the big win, Gus McCrae made sure to do all the important stuff like thanking his sponsors Brooklyn Apothecary and telling the interviewer how much he loves him.
