Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Road Warrior Hawk (ranked 1605 p4p, 2859 weight class) and Eric Distefano (ranked 207 p4p, 368 weight class). Road Warrior Hawk has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Road Warrior Hawk! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Eric Distefano! The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Anthony Taglia and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hawk is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Distefano. Distefano was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind. Distefano lands an overhand right. Hawk throws a predictable looking body shot
and Distefano counters with a stiff right hand. Distefano misses with a double jab
and Hawk counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Hawk takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Distefano throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Hawk. Hawk misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Distefano.
Distefano feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Hawk sprawling to the canvas! Hawk rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Distefano finish him?!
Hawk is rocked! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Distefano slips a straight right by Hawk. Oh Hawk is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Hawk switches off momentarily and Distefano cracks him with a monster right hand! Hawk topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Distefano dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Distefano!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Eric Distefano! Our winner, Eric Distefano, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
