Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thiago Araujo (ranked 725 p4p, 2160 weight class) and Lyle Alzado (ranked 29 p4p, 91 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 19 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Thiago Araujo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 25 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Lyle Alzado!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yukihiro Shimada and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alzado moves into the clinch.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Alzado.
Alzado utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body.
Alzado throws a punch but it's blocked by Araujo.
Alzado lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Araujo is breathing heavily.
Alzado misses with a punch on the inside.
Alzado using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Araujo has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Araujo takes a knee right on the jaw!
Alzado lands a left hand.
Alzado lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Alzado tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Araujo takes a shot to the head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Alzado lands a good knee to the midsection. Araujo won't want to take too many of those.
Alzado throws a knee to the head but misses.
Alzado tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Alzado with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
Alzado lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Araujo is trying to pull guard but Alzado has him pressed against the cage.
Araujo's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Araujo lands with a short shot to the head.
Alzado drops Araujo with a big knee straight up the middle! Araujo is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!
Araujo is rocked!
Araujo tries to score a power double leg takedown but Alzado sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Araujo somewhat.
Oh Araujo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's one minute gone in the round.
BAM! Alzado delivers a spinning backfist that drops Araujo like a ragdoll! This is all oooooveeeer! He was out before he hit the ground!
