Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rickson Silva (ranked 855 p4p, 22695 weight class) and Jethro Boudreaux (ranked 117 p4p, 697 weight class). Silva comes to the cage accompanied by URSO O INVENCÍVEL. Boudreaux has chosen Degenerate Boy - Mark of Cain as his entrance music. Rickson Silva is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jethro Boudreaux!
The judges for this bout are Ron Honeybunn, Eliza Hachem and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boudreaux chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Silva shoots in for a takedown but Boudreaux shows good takedown defense.
Silva changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Boudreaux tries to avoid it but Silva manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Boudreaux to the ground. Boudreaux escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Silva has a takedown stuffed.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rickson Silva. That's going to take a lot out of him.
The fighters circle momentarily. Boudreaux darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Boudreaux scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

Silva shoots for a takedown but Boudreaux saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Boudreaux catches Silva with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Silva dives in and grabs Boudreaux's left leg, looking for a takedown. Boudreaux pushes down on Silva's head and hops out.
Silva shoots for a double leg takedown but Boudreaux sprawls well. He's pushed Silva's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Silva seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Silva is breathing heavily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Boudreaux scores with the left hand. Silva knows he should have avoided that one.
Silva misses with a leg kick.
Boudreaux displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Silva.
A little jabbing left from Boudreaux on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Silva dives in for a single leg takedown but Boudreaux sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Silva blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Boudreaux swings wildly with an uppercut but Silva uses good head movement to avoid it.
Boudreaux working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Silva blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Boudreaux breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Silva looks for a takedown but Boudreaux sprawls well.
Boudreaux connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Boudreaux connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Silva shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Boudreaux as he avoids it easily.
Silva shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Boudreaux sprawls well. Boudreaux wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Silva gets slowly back to his feet.
Boudreaux lands a jab to Silva's midsection.

Silva has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Boudreaux.
Boudreaux lands a body shot.
Boudreaux bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Silva on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Boudreaux. Boudreaux obviously looking to wear him down.
Silva takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Boudreaux fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Silva on the side of the head.
Silva is rocked!
