Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Joe Glover (ranked 4232 p4p, 5045 weight class) and Maximus Nut Shot (ranked 441 p4p, 507 weight class). Glover comes to the cage accompanied by Enter Sandman. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Glover dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Glover definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Glover closes the distance looking to clinch

so Nut Shot counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Nut Shot thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Nut Shot tries to free his leg and advance position but Glover is retaining full guard.

Nut Shot drops back, looking for a kneebar! Glover looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Glover looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Glover!

Nut Shot manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Nut Shot is looking for a kimura here.

Nut Shot is looking to advance position but Glover won't allow it.

Nut Shot is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Glover has managed to free his arm - good work.
Nut Shot thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Nut Shot is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Glover!
Nut Shot wants to take his opponent's back but he's not managed it.
Nut Shot throws a sloppy strike and Glover uses the opportunity to reverse the position! A bit of a scramble here and Glover has ended up in Nut Shot's guard.

Nut Shot had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Glover defends it easily.

Glover is sitting in close to Nut Shot's body. Nut Shot has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Glover is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Glover is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Nut Shot.
