Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Boby Boxer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tony Belovsky!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Ben Hemmingworth and Ben Watson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Belovsky throws a body kick, spinning off balance

and Boxer counters with a left and a right that hurts Belovsky! He wobbles and falls to the floor - he's in big trouble! Boxer jumps into full mount!
Belovsky is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Boxer get's back to his feet.

Belovsky moves into range and clinches up with Boxer.

Belovsky manages to pull guard.

Boxer gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Belovsky takes the fight into the clinch.
Boxer fails to pull guard.
Boxer misses with some punches.

Boxer scores with a nice hook to the head.
Belovsky has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Boxer tries to throw a body punch but Belovsky avoids it by throwing Boxer back against the cage.

I was talking to Boxer's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Boxer jumps into guard, dragging Belovsky to the mat.
Boxer is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Belovsky dives into side control.

Belovsky tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Belovsky has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Belovsky unloads with some shots from mount but Boxer bucks and avoids them well.

Belovsky fails to move to back control.
Boxer is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Belovsky is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Boxer has managed to escape the submission attempt.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

The fight stays on the outside here - Boxer looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Belovsky fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Boxer, pushing him back against the cage.

Belovsky is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Belovsky tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Boxer just stands there and leans against the cage.
Boby Boxer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tony Belovsky.
Boxer is looking to break free of the clinch but Belovsky has double underhooks.
Belovsky has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Boxer is trying to maintain a safe position but Belovsky gets an underhook and turns Boxer into the cage.

Belovsky is trying to break the clinch but Boxer is controlling him.
Boxer is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Belovsky wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Belovsky changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Boxer fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Boxer tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Belovsky paws at him with a jab and circles away.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Belovsky is trying to drag Boxer to the mat but Boxer just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Boxer jumps guard but Belovsky turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Boxer throws an elbow but it misses.
Belovsky tries to circle away but Boxer has him pinned against the cage.

A short right hand to the side of the head by Boxer.
Belovsky has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Boxer is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Boxer pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.

Still in the clinch, Boxer scores with a nice short uppercut.
Boxer is trying to break the clinch but Belovsky has him pressed against the cage.

Belovsky is trying to push Boxer away but Boxer has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Belovsky tries to close the distance and clinch up but Boxer swats him away and circles back towards the center.

It looks like Tony Belovsky has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Boxer decides to stand up, so the ref orders Belovsky to his feet.
Belovsky is still on wobbly legs! Can Boxer finish him?

Boxer rushes Belovsky and presses him up against the cage.
Boxer misses with some punches.
Belovsky seems to have recovered his senses.
Belovsky is looking to take this one to the mat.

Belovsky is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Boxer is defending well.
Boxer is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

Boxer blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Belovsky is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Boxer gets to his feet. Belovsky looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Boby Boxer is winning the standup battle so far.
Boxer misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Belovsky.
Boxer thuds his shin into the meat of Belovsky's side.

And that's the end of the fight!
Boby Boxer showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Boxer has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
