Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, San Diego Maradona!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maradona throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Maradona cracks a nice hook into Faulk's ribs.
Faulk misses with an uppercut.
Faulk connects with a body shot.
Maradona throws a looping overhand right but Faulk ducks down to avoid it.

Maradona feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Faulks jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Faulk catches his opponent with a big hook that sends him to the canvas! Maradona stumbles back to his feet but will the referee allow it to continue? Maradona walks forwards and this one will be allowed to continue! Come on!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Faulk wants to break free but Maradona has control.

and Faulk counters with a nice uppercut that drops Maradona onto his backside! Maradona bounces straight back to his feet before we have a chance to even start the count. He'll get the standing 8 count anyway before we get back underway.

Maradona lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Faulk backs up against the ropes.
Faulk takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Faulk misses with a hook. Maradona ducked under it nicely.

and Faulk counters with a perfectly timed counter left hook that drops Maradona to the mat, face first! Faulk goes to the neutral corner and waits for the referee to start the count. Maradona is back to hise feet already though and looking to continue the bout! Exciting stuff!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
