Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Albert Van Rooy (ranked 2209 p4p, 3421 weight class) and Leopold Galute (ranked 244 p4p, 361 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 23 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Albert Van Rooy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Leopold Galute!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Shigeki Fujiwara and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Van Rooy misses with an attempted mid kick.
Van Rooy gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Galute to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Galute wants to control from the top but Van Rooy keeps moving.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Galute shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Van Rooy as he jumps to the side.
Van Rooy closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Galute to the mat! Galute manages to get full guard.
The fighters are working up against the cage. Galute manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.
Van Rooy ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Van Rooy no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Galute drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Galute jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Galute passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Van Rooy working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Galute doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Galute manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Galute quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Van Rooy has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Galute celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
