Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Carcarah Catartes (ranked 5639 p4p, 6449 weight class) and Jermaine The Lazer (ranked 528 p4p, 574 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Vladimir Khabensky and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Catartes looks to land a body kick but The Lazer moved away.

and Catartes takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Catartes definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Catartes cracks The Lazer with a hook to the temple - The Lazer is on wobbly legs here! Catartes swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! The Lazer falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Catartes wins by TKO!

A relieved looking Carcarah Catartes thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
