Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between charly brandy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Grimes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). brandy comes into the arena with boom boom pow blaring out of the sound system. Frank Grimes is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grimes shoots for a takedown but brandy saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Grimes pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Grimes wants to clinch.
brandy shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Grimes counters with a big head kick but brandy shrugs it off.
Grimes misses with a few strikes there.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Grimes.
Grimes tries to close the distance and clinch but brandy swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

brandy drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Grimes manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now brandy has Grimes in his guard.

Well Grimes has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
