Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Peyton Brady (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Fyodorov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Alexander Fyodorov! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Cecil Peabody and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brady closes this distance looking for a takedown but Fyodorov circles away. Fyodorov looks to land a combination. Brady sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. A big left from Fyodorov misses. Fyodorov fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Brady sprawls well initially but Fyodorov persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Brady manages to get to full guard.
Brady looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Brady has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Fyodorov can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Brady isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Fyodorov stacks Brady on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Fyodorov! Brady sneaks back into half guard.

It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Brady defends it well. Fyodorov is trying to control. Brady wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. It's a sloppy attempt though and Fyodorov jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Brady escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Fyodorov gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Brady had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Fyodorov is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Brady Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Fyodorov's back instead. Fyodorov trying to control the position but Brady manages to sink in the hooks. Fyodorov is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Brady is staying active. Brady looking to finish the fight with a rear naked choke. Fyodorov is controlling Brady 's left arm and he spins nicely into guard. Fyodorov is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Fyodorov throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Brady closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fyodorov scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Brady feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Brady drops back, looking for a kneebar! Fyodorov looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Fyodorov looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Fyodorov! Fyodorov gets to mount! Brady was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly. Brady has given up his back. Will we see Fyodorov going for some submissions?

That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Brady has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. Brady is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Fyodorov defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined. Brady not allowing Fyodorov to control his hands. Fyodorov turns into Brady and is now in his guard.

Brady has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Fyodorov is really squeezing tight and eventually Brady passes out! Fyodorov breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
