The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hess lands with a shot to the body.
Hess stuns Mason with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Mason is breathing heavily.
Hess throws a body shot but no joy.
Hess just misses with a punch to the body.
Nice uppercut there from Hess.
Hess throws an ugly left hook that misses
enabling Mason to counter with a crisp jab.
Hess changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Hess is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Mason rather than just go for the knockout.
Hess connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Hess has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Mason takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Mason leaves his chin hanging out and Hess seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Mason crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
