Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Splendor Jackson (ranked 4463 p4p, 5008 weight class) and Cory Gnotts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Splendor Jackson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Cory Gnotts! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yuuki Gou and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jackson sizes up Gnotts with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Jackson throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Jackson swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Gnotts is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Jackson's half guard. Jackson is trying to get back to full guard. Gnotts working over Jackson with some ground and pound. Jackson looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Gnotts perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Jackson is looking to improve his position.

Gnotts has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Gnotts content to control rather than advance. Gnotts looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Jackson with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gnotts working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Jackson could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Jackson wants to control but Gnotts is keeping busy.
Jackson is trying to get back to full guard. Gnotts takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Jackson is rocked! Gnotts lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Jackson quite badly. Jackson pulls Gnotts in close trying to recover. Gnotts postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Jackson on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Jackson doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Cory Gnotts!
