Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Test Blessed!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Valeri Chadov and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blessed tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Shumway defends well and Blessed ends up having to push Shumway into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Shumway lands a body shot.
Blessed has managed to clinch.
Blessed manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Blessed wants a takedown.
Shumway is trying to stall.
Blessed manages to break the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A nice leg kick from Blessed, right into the meat of the thigh.
Blessed shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Shumway sprawls well. Shumway wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Blessed gets slowly back to his feet.
Kris Shumway has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Test Blessed.

Blessed shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Blessed rushes Shumway and presses him up against the cage.
Shumway is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Blessed is defending well for now.
Blessed fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Blessed has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Shumway avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Blessed prevents a body shot from Shumway.
Blessed escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Shumway scores with a crisp jab that stopped Blessed in his tracks.
Shumway catches Blessed with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Shumway works Blessed's body with a nice hook.
Blessed takes a jab right on the kisser.
Blessed is rocked!
Shumway drops Blessed with a huge uppercut! Blessed drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Shumway is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
