Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Mitsugu Takeishi (ranked 1100 p4p, 4566 weight class) and Derek Harris (ranked 44 p4p, 177 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Takeishi might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Kabuki Gomen-Jyo. Harris comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Not again - You all ready dropped? kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 19 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mitsugu Takeishi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 34 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Derek Harris!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Skip Squint and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harris throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Harris uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Takeishi.
Mitsugu Takeishi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Harris lands a glancing blow to the side of Takeishi's head.
Takeishi doesn't manage to clinch there - Harris circles away.
Takeishi dips to his left and cracks Harris with an uppercut!

That was a close round but I would say that Mitsugu Takeishi will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Harris moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Takeishi! Harris continues to tee off on Takeishi, landing with a left and a right! Harris connects with a right hand that leaves Takeishi sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Harris!
