The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from Oki misses.
Gonzalez keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Oki lands a jab.
Oki misses with a wild body shot.

Oki fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Gonzalez.
Oki misses the shot to the body.
Gonzalez takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Gonzalez swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Gonzalez checks a leg kick.
Oki lands a nice shot that snaps Gonzalez's head back.
Oki scores with a nice right hand.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Oki thuds his right hand into Gonzalez's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Oki connects with a jab.
Gonzalez is rocked!
A jab from Oki misses.
Oki lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Oh Gonzalez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Oki closes the distance and catches Gonzalez with a lead hook that drops him to the canvas! Gonzalez is clearly dazed and struggling here! 3,4,5,6,7 and Gonzalez is up to his feet but the referee has called it off! Gonzalez is still far too wobbly and he's not going to allow the fight to continue! Oki takes it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Hakeem Oki!
A relieved looking Hakeem Oki thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
