The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dos Olivera clinches up against the cage.
Dos Olivera wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Tahir is working for takedown but Dos Olivera is calmly controlling the position for now.
Dos Olivera wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Dos Olivera has had enough of the clinch but Tahir keeps him there for the moment.

Tahir gets through Dos Olivera's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Tahir is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Dos Olivera can't fight it off and eventually Tahir manages to take the fight to the floor. Dos Olivera looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Tahir drops back looking for a leg! Dos Olivera is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Dos Olivera manages to kick Tahir off! Tahir jumps back into Dos Olivera's guard.
Tahir seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Dos Olivera won't allow Tahir to pass to mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Tahir is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Dos Olivera knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Tahir lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Dos Olivera down.

Dos Olivera is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Tahir asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Tahir has hold of Dos Olivera's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Dos Olivera tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Tahir cranks the arm and Dos Olivera screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Dos Olivera, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
