Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gunnar Bloodaxe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Baby Hulk!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Igor Prikhodko and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice shot lands for Bloodaxe.
Bloodaxe fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Hulk has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Hulk shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Bloodaxe connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Hulk takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Bloodaxe feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Hulk sprawling to the canvas! Hulk rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Bloodaxe finish him?!
Hulk is rocked!
It looks like Baby Hulk has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
and Bloodaxe counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Hulk! He's just covering up as Bloodaxe starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Gunnar Bloodaxe!
An out of breath Gunnar Bloodaxe thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
