Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alistair Drake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Clowe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jason Clowe will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drake takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Clowe tries to clinch up but Drake circles away and keeps his distance.
Clowe throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Drake.
Drake looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Clowe wants to clinch.
Clowe lands with an uppercut that bounces Drake off the cage and back into rage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Clowe throws a nice outside leg kick.
A nice combination there by Clowe.
Clowe is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Drake takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.

Clowe connects with a solid leg kick.
Clowe lands with a right hand.
Drake avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Clowe tries to close the distance and clinch up but Drake swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Clowe scores with a leg kick.
Clowe throws a right hand that Drake ducks under and follows up with a left that Drake also avoids with ease.
Clowe swats away the attempt to clinch by Drake.

Drake shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Drake was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Drake jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Clowe is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Clowe and Drake has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Drake is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Clowe has escaped the position, nice work there.

Drake tries for a kimura but Clowe is defending well.
Drake is breathing heavily.

Drake tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Drake has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Drake goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Clowe has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Drake but great work by Clowe.

Clowe is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Drake will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Clowe wants to stand but Drake has his arm trapped.
Clowe tries to move into full mount but can't pass Drake's legs.

Clowe is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Drake is trying to escape and Clowe transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Drake is forced to tap! Nice work there by Clowe! Very nice indeed!
