Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jack McGregson (ranked 4108 p4p, 24435 weight class) and The Eagle (ranked 349 p4p, 502 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jack McGregson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, The Eagle!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Marco Blurström and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eagle on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Eagle moves into the clinch.
McGregson is trying to pull guard but Eagle has him pressed against the cage.
McGregson manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Eagle landing some decent shots from guard.
Eagle connects with a couple of short punches.
McGregson trying to control the position.
Eagle working some strikes from top position.
McGregson escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Eagle gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
McGregson is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Eagle is aware though and is defending well.
McGregson working for a triangle but Eagle defends it easily.
McGregson is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Eagle defends well.

Eagle avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
McGregson looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Eagle passes into side control.
Eagle tries to advance to mount but can't.
McGregson is trying to improve his position.
Eagle lands an elbow.
Eagle working the ground and pound.
McGregson is not content to let Eagle control the position.

Eagle lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear McGregson down.
Eagle scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at McGregson to see if he's OK.
Eagle looks up at the clock and then as McGregson takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Eagle smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
McGregson is rocked!
A big shot lands for Eagle! That's hurt McGregson! Will he recover? Eagle fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). The Eagle!
The Eagle was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
