Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 22 - 27 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Berto Kin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Dutch Schultz!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Radbod Blank and Patrick Alders.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Schultz misses.

Kin gets tackled into the ropes by Schultz. Schultz maintains the clinch.
Schultz lands a shoulder strike.
Kin has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Kin wants to break free but Schultz has control.
Schultz tries to land knees in the clinch but Kin avoids the damage to the body.
Schultz can't find room to land a body shot as Kin controls the action.

Kin breaks the clinch.
Schultz tries to clinch but Kin is having none of it.
Schultz swings and misses with a shot to the body
letting Kin counter with a right hand.

and Schultz takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

and Kin counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Schultz gets a clinch.
Schultz lands a hook to the side of the head.
Kin can't break the clinch.
Kin is looking to break free of the clinch but Schultz has double underhooks.
Kin tries to circle away but Schultz has him pinned against the ropes.

Kin escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kin swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Good exchange - Kin coming out on top.
Kin throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Schultz sees it coming and avoids it easily.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Schultz fakes the leg kick and cracks Kin in the body.
Schultz lands a nice looking body shot.
Schultz swings widly with a right hand
and Kin counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Schultz misses with a wild body shot.
It looked like Kin wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Schultz throws a leg kick that misses.

Schultz darts in and clinches Kin up against the ropes.
Schultz throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Kin blocks it with crossed arms.
Schultz lands an uppercut.
Kin is trying to break the clinch but Schultz is controlling him.
A short right from Schultz.
A head punch on the inside from Schultz fails to land.
Schultz prevents Kin from breaking the clinch.
Kin has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Schultz lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
A frustrated look appears on Kin's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Schultz pushes Kin back against the ropes and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kin is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the ropes.
Still in the clinch, Schultz scores with a nice short uppercut.
Kin wants to break the clinch but can't.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Schultz lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Schultz keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Kin's efforts to push away.
Kin is trying to force a seperation but Schultz has the dominant position.

Schultz has Kin pressed against the ropes, preventing Kin from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Schultz presses Kin against the ropes and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Schultz lands a shot to the body.

Kin tries to circle away but Schultz has him pinned against the ropes.
Schultz with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.

Kin is rocked!
Schultz lands a left hand.
Oh Kin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Kin pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Kin slips under a jab from Schultz.
Kin seems to have got his legs back now.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
The fighters circling - Schultz throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Schultz throws a front kick to the face that drops Kin face first to the mat! Oh, he's in big trouble! He's stumbling all over the place and has face planted into the ropes, causing the referee to call an end to the fight! What a finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Front Kick). Dutch Schultz!
Our winner, Dutch Schultz, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
