Mahoney wants to clinch.
Hermitcrab closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Mahoney is looking to escape.
Mahoney wants to improve his position but Hermitcrab is controlling well.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Hermitcrab lands a nice short elbow.
Mahoney is trying to escape back to his feet but Hermitcrab uses the scramble to pass into side control.
