Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chase Stevens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricardo Foseca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stevens comes to the cage accompanied by I Look Good. Chase Stevens had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Yves DeLean and William Peck.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Stevens with that takedown attempt.
Stevens checks a leg kick.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Stevens.
Foseca throws a head kick but Stevens moves out of range.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Foseca.
Stevens tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Foseca paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Ricardo Foseca seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Foseca is going olschool here, as he tries to force Stevens to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Stevens shrugs it off.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Stevens is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Foseca has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Foseca!

Foseca stands and steps away. Stevens gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Foseca throws a low kick but it's checked well by Stevens.

Stevens throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Foseca's waist but Foseca gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Stevens off to one side.

Horrible takedown by Stevens or perhaps it was just good defense by Foseca which made him look bad.

That was a close second round but I would say that Chase Stevens will probably get the nod.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Chase Stevens.
