Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yardbird Knox (ranked 79 p4p, 460 weight class) and Bismack Kagonbo (ranked 14 p4p, 63 weight class). Knox comes to the cage accompanied by Now's The Time | Charlie Parker. Kagonbo has chosen Voodoo as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Yardbird Knox!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 31 - 21 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bismack Kagonbo!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kagonbo scores with a leg kick.
Knox with a nice cross.
It looks like Bismack Kagonbo has been cut.
A left and a right from Kagonbo both land. Nice combination.
It looks like Yardbird Knox has been cut.
Knox ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Kagonbo uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Knox.
Knox has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Underground Rio in the buildup to the fight.
Kagonbo fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Knox takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Knox misses with a series of wild punches.
Sloppy strikes from Knox. Those never looked like landing.
Knox uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kagonbo.
It looked like Knox was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Kagonbo.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Knox slips a straight right by Kagonbo.
Knox seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Kagonbo looks to score with a jab to the body but Knox is just out of range.
Knox connects with a crisp jab.
Kagonbo drops his hands momentarily and Knox takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Knox lands a big right hand that sends Kagonbo crashing to the mat! Knox stays standing though and waves Kagonbo back to his feet!
Knox looks to score with a jab to the body but Kagonbo is just out of range.
Kagonbo keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Knox.
Kagonbo looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Knox comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Kagonbo is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Knox just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Kagonbo has gone limp and this one is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Yardbird Knox!
Yardbird Knox really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Voodoo Nutrition logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
Bismack Kagonbo was interviewed post fight and said 'Breathes heavily....growls...'.
