PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jacques Leventreur (ranked 6092 p4p, 4928 weight class) and Damiano Silva (ranked 429 p4p, 382 weight class). Silva is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Apaga mas não bate. Damiano Silva told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Silva enables Leventreur to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Silva manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Silva looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Leventreur drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Leventreur jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
