PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andrew Frame (ranked 2081 p4p, 1953 weight class) and YB Sol Brotha (ranked 270 p4p, 251 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sol Brotha has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Frame lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Sol Brotha circles away quickly and effectively.
Sol Brotha connects with a body shot that sends Frame's belly button to the back.
That kick from Sol Brotha tenderised Frame's leg. Frame is trying to keep his angry face on.

Frame got a little sloppy there for a moment and Sol Brotha has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Frame has managed to get both his arms back between Sol Brotha's legs - danger averted.
Sol Brotha seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

That was a close round but I would say that Andrew Frame will probably get the nod.

Frame pounces like a tiger and cracks Sol Brotha with a vicious hook! Sol Brotha is down but not out! Frame follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
