Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Buck Holdren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Castle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Castle is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Holy Wars...The Punishment Due - Megadeth. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Buck Holdren! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Frank Castle! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Lou da Vinci and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Castle getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
It looks like Buck Holdren has been cut. Holdren swings away with a leg kick that misses. Holdren throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Holdren feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Castle's calf. Castle rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Holdren moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Holdren throws a front kick aimed at Castle's knee but Castle avoids it well. Buck Holdren seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Holdren misses with a low kick.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Holdren moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Castle looks gassed! Holdren looks for the body kick but Castle saw that one coming. Holdren lands a nice leg kick that just misses Castle's sensitive parts. A kick lands to the mid section there for Holdren. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Holdren lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Castle has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Castle and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. A big right from Holdren misses. Holdren lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Castle chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Holdren can pounce on him.
Holdren lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
That's one minute gone in the round. Castle takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Holdren buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Castle takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Castle's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Holdren throws a left and a right that both miss
and Castle counters with a series of strikes. Holdren will be more careful next time no doubt. Castle keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Holdren. Holdren feints and then cracks Castle's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Castle down. Holdren looks to land a left hand but Castle moved out of range nicely. Holdren throws the left hand but Castle avoids the punch easily. Holdren throws a leg kick which misses Castle's front leg but catches the back leg as Castle tries to avoid it. Holdren lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Holdren tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Castle is able to avoid easily. Good standup being displayed there by Castle as he connects with a hook. This has been an exciting period of action! Holdren lands with a kick to the temple. Castle shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Holdren thows a left - swing and a miss!

Castle is trying to break free. Holdren can't find room to land a body shot as Castle controls the action.
Holdren's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Holdren tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Holdren throws a leg kick but Castle moved away. Castle looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Castle avoids the head kick by Holdren.
Castle throws a series of punches but Holdren moves out of range. A clash of legs there as Castle blocks the low kick. Holdren gets caught flat footed, as Castle shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Castle pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Holdren is keeping the position for now. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Holdren holds on and takes a little breather. Holdren on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Holdren tries to get out of the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Castle seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Holdren wants to sweep but no luck. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Castle trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Castle not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Buck Holdren dominated that round. The cut man is working on Buck Holdren's cut. That's time! Holdren's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Castle looks to land a combination but Holdren avoids it well. Holdren throws a jab when Castle was well out of range. Holdren connects with a high kick.
It looks like Frank Castle has been cut. Holdren swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. A swing and a miss from Holdren. Castle blocks a jab. Castle scores with a nice strike. Holdren goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Holdren thumps Castle with a low kick. Holdren scores with a crisp jab that stopped Castle in his tracks. Holdren throws a nice outside leg kick. Holdren is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Castle can do to turn this around? Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Holdren throws a head kick that misses. Castle will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Holdren throws a leg kick that misses. Frank Castle is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Buck Holdren has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Frank Castle. A looping hook to the body misses from Holdren. Castle does a little dance to reset his feet. Holdren walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Castle checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Castle throws a nice looking combination but Holdren bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Castle closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Castle avoiding damage as Holdren throws knees to the body.
Holdren breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Castle slips a straight right by Holdren. Castle avoids the head kick by Holdren.
Castle has taken the fight to the clinch.
Holdren tries to land knees in the clinch but Castle avoids the damage to the body. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Holdren gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Castle.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Holdren misses with a body punch.

Holdren misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Castle.

Holdren tries to break the clinch but Castle is controlling the position. Castle tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Holdren smiles and moves away.
Holdren fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Castle is out of range. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Holdren throws a leg kick but Castle moved away. Holdren tries to work over Castle's front leg with a kick but Castle checks it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Buck Holdren dominated that second round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!
Holdren lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Both fighters are breathing heavily. Holdren throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Castle checks a leg kick. Holdren throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
enabling Castle to counter with a crisp jab.
That's one minute gone in the round. Holdren on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Castle dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Castle stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Castle punishes Holdren's body with a nice straight punch. Castle lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Holdren circles away quickly and effectively. Castle scores with a jab to the body. Holdren wants to land a leg kick but Castle is out of range. Holdren tries to land a front kick but Castle steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. The fight moves into the clinch position. Castle jumps into guard, dragging Holdren to the mat.
Castle is trying to control the position but Holdren postures up. Castle wants to sweep but no luck.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Holdren looking to sit in guard and control but Castle gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Castle trying to control but Holdren is working from the bottom. Holdren manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Castle manages to get himself to full guard.
Holdren knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Castle on the ground. Castle is trying to keep Holdren in close.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Castle looking to hit a scissor sweep but Holdren is one step ahead there. Holdren not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Castle wants to sweep here but Holdren controlling him for the moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Castle is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Frank Castle has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Holdren is stalling in the full guard. Castle wants to sweep but no luck.
And that's the end of the fight! Frank Castle comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Holdren has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
