Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bjorn IronSide (ranked 2166 p4p, 2476 weight class) and James Yarborough (ranked 282 p4p, 329 weight class). Yarborough has chosen Derezzed as his entrance music. James Yarborough will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, John Roberts and Anthony Taglia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
IronSide throws a poor cross that misses
and Yarborough counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

It looks like Bjorn IronSide has been cut.
Yarborough stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

IronSide drives through with a takedown into guard.
IronSide makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Yarborough is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
IronSide wants to pass the guard but Yarborough is keeping the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Yarborough pulls IronSide in to control the position.
IronSide seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Yarborough preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
IronSide might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
IronSide not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
IronSide tries to clinch up but Yarborough circles away and keeps his distance.
Good shot there by Yarborough.
IronSide tries a head kick but it misses.
James Yarborough is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Yarborough drops IronSide with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but IronSide looks back up at him and smiles so Yarborough waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

IronSide is rocked!
Yarborough is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Yarborough knocks out IronSide with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Yarborough before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Yarborough picks up the big W with a huge KO!
