Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jason Voorhees (ranked 4399 p4p, 4375 weight class) and Greg Wraskler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jason Voorhees! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Greg Wraskler! The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Konstantin Menshow and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A lazy body kick from Wraskler and Voorhees makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Voorhees scores with a body shot.
Wraskler fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Voorhees sprawls well initially but Wraskler persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Wraskler not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Wraskler working Voorhees over with strikes. Voorhees keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Wraskler throwing shots but Voorhees is blocking nicely. Wraskler working the head and body with strikes. Wraskler not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Wraskler content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wraskler seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Voorhees does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
That's one minute gone in the round. Voorhees tries to roll over but Wraskler keeps him under control. Voorhees taking some punishment here, with Wraskler in his half guard. Wraskler missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Wraskler looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Voorhees with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Wraskler is looking to take a break and control but Voorhees is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Voorhees is trying to stand back up but Wraskler is controlling him
Wraskler wants to lay and pray for a moment but Voorhees keeps working. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Wraskler connects with a nice short shot to Voorhees's temple.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Voorhees taking some punishment here, with Wraskler in his half guard. Wraskler winds up and cracks Voorhees with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Voorhees on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Wraskler is trying to control. Voorhees wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Wraskler lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Voorhees might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Wraskler looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Voorhees with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Voorhees is rocked! Wraskler is nestled in close to Voorhees, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Oh Voorhees is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Wraskler lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Voorhees! More strikes land and this one is all over! Wraskler jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Greg Wraskler! Greg Wraskler got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'
