CACC 165: Andersson vs Halo PBP Commentary |
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the featherweight division. Introducing today's competitors. The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. Pancake dives in and scores a takedown into Steel Penn's guard. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Pancake (2) vs (0) Steel Penn Pancake is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Pancake stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Steel Penn swivels though and keeps the full guard. Pancake wants to control from the top but Steel Penn keeps moving. Steel Penn is pulling down on Pancake's head. It's preventing any offense from Pancake, at least for the moment. Pancake slows down the pace of the fight for a moment.
