Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lucas Tambellini (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Manny Barry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lucas Tambellini! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Manny Barry! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, George Francis and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Barry showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Tambellini.
Tambellini lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Lucas Tambellini seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Tambellini wants to clinch. Tambellini punishes Barry's body with a nice straight punch. Barry looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Tambellini moves in looking to clinch but Barry pushes him off. Tambellini changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Barry looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Tambellini creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Tambellini trying to control the action but Barry is working from the bottom. Barry takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Barry gets back to half guard. Barry is pressing down on Tambellini's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. This has been an exciting period of action! Barry had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Tambellini is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Barry Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Tambellini's back instead.
That's one minute gone in the round. Barry is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Tambellini knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Tambellini for a finish. Barry looks gassed! Tambellini rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Barry is looking for a kimura here.
Tambellini looks like he's trying to stand up.
Tambellini kicks off Barry and gets to his feet. Barry will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. A right-left combo lands from Tambellini. Tambellini getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Tambellini fails with the takedown and Barry counters with a takedown into side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Barry is looking to take a break and control but Tambellini is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Barry tries for a kimura but Tambellini is defending well. Barry has hold of Tambellini's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Tambellini tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Barry cranks the arm and Tambellini screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Tambellini, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Manny Barry!
